Life as I know it

I'm getting tired.

I'm so tired.

Tired. tried. die. red. tie. ire. tier. dire. ride. dirt. rite. diet.

What else? I miss playing text twist in my sister's palm pilot. hm.

Is it just me or is everything so annoying these days?

There's this road construction going on in the intersection near our house - meaning that I have to drive a long way round just to get to school. What was previously a 10 to 15-minute drive became 30 to 45 minutes of leg exercise and a constant battle for sanity and patience. Thus, I arrive late and pissed. A bad combination. Yes, I could give the reins to my younger sister but to tell the truth, I get more stressed when she's behind the wheel. I can't count the times that I had to stifle my scream and exclaim, "TAO YAN!!!!".

Though frankly, if Sandra was aiming for an MMDA officer in EDSA, I wouldn't have minded. On the contrary, I would've cheered her on enthusiastically, complete with pompoms and idiotic rhymic words. WHY? Let's just say that I had a fairly recent encounter with the blue-clad "officers" and just managed to leave with my license unconfiscated and my pride barely intact. Imagine having to plead and use the innocent-student-being-bullied-by-a-bus ruse. So pathetic... but effective. I guess being a woman has its perks.

Ha.

Well, on to other things. Started the new year with pyrolympics and a trip to Batangas in the middle of the week, giving a tour to a bus full of Chinese students from Macau. I'm not exactly keen on typing down the details... Dax's narration of the two events in his blog is very accurate and entertaining. I especially recommend the video on the rollercoaster. bwehehehe.

I feel so pasaway these days. (Excuse the coño lingo. I just felt that it was more appropriate than the english version.) Gah. I just don't feel like doing school work -- haha, all right, that's nothing new. What's new is that I really don't do the school work this time, unlike before when even though I don't feel like it, I still do it. Man, I'd give anything to take a break. Christmas break for me wasn't actually a break due to the arrival of my annoying aunt and the nagging presence of a plate due on the second week of classes. Sadistic professor. Pfffft.

Preferred activity these days? SLEEEEEEEEEP.
